The grapes come from vineyards in the surrounding Sirmione area, which have fine white clay soils, and are exposed to the sun drenched climate, where the Turbiana vines grow.<\/p>\n
The hand harvested grapes get nothing more than a soft pressing to reveal the most delicious and irresistible must. Later, they are transferred to stainless steel tanks to ferment and allow the wine to express itself. The wine remains in steel tanks for 24 month to mature and six months in the bottle refining its flavours.<\/p>\n
Ca Lojera Laguna DOC Riserva del Lupo is the ideal wine to accompany an entire meal. It is excellent with pasta dishes and with grilled or roast beef. It pairs beautifully with fish and shellfish in general or with a single grilled fish. Riserva del Lupo is also excellent when enjoyed with sushi and sashimi.<\/p>\n
