The must extracted from the direct pressing of Malvasia di Schierano grapes of carefully selected vineyards, located in the hilly area of Monferrato (Asti province), ferments in mask-controlled pressurised fermenters, granting to a gently sparckling wine. Light-sparkling wine every time to the palate fresh, dry and aromatic, with a serving temperature of 8 – 10°C. This wine embodies the spirit of Piedmont!
