This wine is unfiltered and naturally unstable. Any sediment in the bottle is normal. It is recommended to decant it into a carafe 30 minutes before consumption.

Further more, it is this wine, aged for 12 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, that best represents the ancestral winemaking tradition of our winery. A 100 per cent Yiannoudi wine aged for 12 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. Yiannoudi is one of the indigenous white grape varieties in Cyprus.
